Fluance makes a reference 5.1 system with floorstanders for left and right channels for $899. You can get a SVS SB 1000 pro and the maranta and be right under $2500. You could go budget and do a BIC f12 for your sub and a Denon s769h and be in at $1600. Take it a step further and do no sub since the towers have the 8in subs and you’d be at $1300. It has to be the best budget system

JBL has no dealer in Finland for A190 speakers… Also the web stores selling them have price of over 1000 euros for A190 speakers rather than 250 bucks

Question I have watched your videos for the last couple of years and I have never come across the cerwin Vega Line would you mind doing a review on the cerwin Vega xls 28 with the book shelves and center speaker they and such my vintage equipment did there last breath and trying to figure if it would be a good set up or not I was planning maybe throwing it on a pioneer elite lx305 and I love how you guys check frequencies response to the charts and such I hope you continue this much devotion for many more years priced on Amazon for about 2500 brand new as well so it could go with your series
How do the svs tower speakers sound, is there too much bass? Ive currently got the acoustic energy 309 tower and the centre with a svs pb1000.

I hate trying to find advice online for speakers. If you go onto any forum or redit page for speakers the people on them are toxic and useless. They act as if anything under $2k is no better then dollar store pc speakers. They will often refuse to give recommendations like this video. And they attack any brand that makes cheaper speakers like these.
I really wish there was a website i could go to to list off what i had found and was thinking and id get usefull advice not just "nah thats all trash get these $8k speakers instead"
And cant trust anyone that gets a commission cause they to will just push what gets them the higher cut or push the brand they own.
Hi Andrew.. I am planning on buying my first home theatre system to go with AWOL 132 inch screen and AWOL 3000 PRO short throw projector. I like Klipsch from its reviews by you and others, and below are the speakers I am thinking to buy: 5.1.2 configuration
Two R-820F floor standing
One R-34C center
Two R-51M surround
Two R-41SA Dolby atmos
One R-120SW
Will Onkyo TX NR 5100 be able to support these speakers? I don’t think I will ever get near 100 db. But may sometimes 70-80 db at the max.

Sorry but the fluance system she mentioned was absolutely great. I’d personally get 2 Jamo subs with that system… but my system is way above the cost of anything of these. But there’s are fantastic

I use marantz nr1711 with wharfdale dx-2 speaker package with an extra set of dx2 speakers to make it 7.1. For my little house in the UK it fits in perfect.
Best setup for watching movies what money can buy?
Is just me or Jamo is cheaper than it used to be? At least in Brazil it was very expensive.
I went with the Klipsch 625 FA theater pack with Dolby Atmos for $1199 then later I added the second subwoofer for $200. It’s matched with an Onkyo 797 and a 4K Apple TV I got the Onkyo for $499 because this is 2025 now and it’s on sale. I am siding with her because she went with Klipsch.
Going with Q acoustics on this one. I love the design of those speakers. And the white color is always sold out. No!
