Just one thing I want to mention, there are a lot of scams of, what I called lamp oil, sold as high quality olive oil, selling that in italy, greece or turkiye will actually get you jail time, in many western countries it is allowed, so get the REAL olive oil, you smell it the moment you open the bottle and it tastes amazing just dipping bread into it

I sleep hot and tried multiple cooling gel pillows and down pillows. The one that worked for me finally was buckwheat pillow. I haven’t had to flip a pillow in 4 years and I bring it with me on vacation. You can form the shape you need for your personalized support. It’s hard while being soft. Hard to explain

Pff, at least you admit that. But nah, your channel and blueprint has been super duper life changers, i checked my sleep app with minor tweaks in my sleeping habit and routine, which is non existent, i am a fox chronoyype which mean my productivity is peaked in the evening instead of winding down so the score was 40 to 48 out of a hundred before.
On sept 27 2025, i installed some red lamps in my office space and never really turned on my lights in my bedroom, which is separate from my home office space, my bedtime goal is 12 am to 1 am since thats where i actually wind down, using the habits, i able to go Deep sleep as early as 1:40 am instead as late as 2 am. And woke up at 6 am and make myself busy and check my sleep score, dramatically changed.
*_75 out of a 100_* which mean Mr.Johnson, this stuff works, and there’s no doubt about it, and it should be a natural step into evolution and social habits

Wouldn’t doctors consider 94 degrees as hypothermia? Do you expect that other people who follow your protocol can achieve a similar body temperature?

How very presumptuous, unless you figure out how to get the accumulated waste out of your entire body, in other words you literally reverse the body’s aging process, aging will kill you just as nature intended, there is no medicine or daily exercise that will change that. Don’t fall for these kind of scams, everyone wants to live longer, I assure you following anyone else right now isn’t going to achieve you true longevity. I can tell just by looking at the guy he probably won’t make it passed his eighties at best, all muscle is an accumulation of waste, the harder it is, the more waste it contains, the more waste that accumulates the closer you get to death. Just as an idea of what longevity looks like I’m about the same age and height but weigh only 130 lbs., I dropped the muscle but didn’t lose any strength, I also never get sick or lack energy and I eat very little, part of my diet is three Reese’s Peanut butter cups a day, I don’t even exercise.

He’s sharing what he’s doing.That’s the most important takeaway..It gives you the opportunity to research what he’s doing . With a little creativity a lot of what he does can be approximated with much less money..

Good video and some interesting things I had not thought about before like the scalp massager. Though I am curious about the Stainless Steel Food tins over Glass containers – surely Glass would be the better food containers? That’s what I generally use for my food storage and thought that was optimum?

What is the science behind the body temp at 93 degrees? I have not read anyone being that low for sustained periods of time who aren’t experiencing hypothermia
