  1. I personally upgraded from the older
Quiet comfort 2 to the ultra ones When they went on sale honestly, I’m very happy with my purchase, especially since the newer headphones have USB C whereas the older ones use micro it’s nice to just have one cable to charge all my devices and the headphones themselves are noticeably better over the older ones, especially in the ir adjustment

  2. Went from a guy who made price point the main focus. To a man who mentioned it only at the end and talked about the headphones themself.

  3. I wanted the ultras but we just got a Costco membership and the basic are 150. Idk if I should get the basic

  4. Sadly, this does not tell you very much that you could not find by reading the Amazon description. I’m reviewing each of these at the moment. As he says, the noise cancellation is amazing on both, but the sound is very different. The is much more crisp sound on the Ulta but the QC is rather more muddy. Both are let down by a poor app and a bug-currently where the button pressed three times does not switch to the previous track, just back to the beginning of the current track. Hopefully this will be fixed. There is an equaliser in the app but it only gives you three sliders which don’t really give you as much control as you would like. There are also is a sibilance in both of these headphones which is not present on my existing QC twos.

  5. Currently, the Bose qc ultras are cheaper then the regular quit comforts until dec 2 for anyone wanting these for themselves or as a gift!

  6. Good short video for people looking for the worth in difference of price ,Thank you .

  7. How do you think these would work as hearing protection around really loud noises? Would the active noise canceling circuitry be overwhelmed by really loud environments like on a flight line (Jets all around) or a shooting range?

  8. Been running mine 18 hours a day for a few months. Reliable and comfortable. Need I mention the awesome sound quality? Extremely impressive immersive mode!! Kudos Bose, you finally outdone SONY!

  9. Great review just bought the refurbished Bose QuietComfort Headphones after losing my qc35 ii’s, do you think they’re an improvement on the qc35 iis?

  10. Is the ANC difference worth 150 difference? Thats what i need to know. I wanna be able to shut down my kids noises and the quiet comfort is not doing the job.

  11. I’ve just got the quiet comfort I like them but the noise Cancelling makes me feel abit strange bit uncomfortable, is this normal or is it just me ha

  12. I bought **Bose QuietComfort Ultra** headphones. I unpacked them from the box and thought that finally I would have good sound quality. I started listening on streaming platforms and realized that they were no different from my old ones. I started looking for a solution. I came to the conclusion that I needed to find the original **.lossless** music files. Then I started downloading supposedly "flac" formats from streaming platforms. But upon checking the audio files themselves with spectrum analysis, I realized again that it was fake. Those files that were supposedly downloaded in .flac format were actually the same mp3s, just with the format changed. In the spectrum analysis, I saw a sharp drop at 20Hz. I found another streaming site, which required payment to register, but there was a one-month trial period. I of course used it and got in. There the audio files were real. The sound in those headphones is indescribable. Those headphones produce such good sound that it’s hard to believe they are just simple headphones.

  13. Thank you – Just bought a pair of the Quiet Comfort Ultra headphone from Amazon Black Friday!

  14. "I need to make a headphone review video thats over 10 minutes so I can make more youtube money" , Tech bandicoot: hold my beer

  15. After constantly replacing the cheap ear pads on these several times, I switched to the JBL LIVE series. šŸ™„

  16. You know what man, I’m gonna like this video because it’s exactly what I was looking for. Keep being you

  17. Great video šŸ‘ I’m deciding which one to buy. The ultra are $150 more so a bit more steep

  18. wow, the video was just content, I wasn’t prepared to have to listen before the 5 minute mark 🤣
    Nice!

  19. Bose QC ultra make me so sleepy and bit dizzy, I think it has something to do with the pressure. How to fix?

  20. In life bigger does not mean better and that is the same in the case Ultra just means more money and less love .

  21. I just got them and can’t figure out how to turn them off rofl. The app says hold the power button/bluetooth button but all that does is remove the pairing

  22. Worse headphones I ever bought. The noise cancelling sucks and they lasted 2 months. Absolute garbage. And their warranty is as bad as the product. 400.00 gone!

  23. Don’t buy them, you can’t turn off ANC, the only alternative is to have awareness mode. There is always so form of noise processing which can’t be turned off, it drains the battery and there is always white noise. Awful headphones and a total waste of money. Unfortunately, despite my research, nowhere I looked mentioned this. Please avoid.

  24. You can’t turn the ANC off at all on the Ultras, I’m not sure about the latest gen QC, but you could with prior versions

  25. Are both of these headphones good for noise cancellation when you’re not listening to music and you just wanna cancel out ambient noise?

  26. Sounds really partial to Bose. I bought two pairs of Quietcomfort 35 II in the past, then switched to the Sony wh-1000xm4, which was in the same price range than Bose’s QC 45, and was superior at least in terms of ANC. The battery in the Sony’s last longer and charge faster. But what could actually make me go back to Bose would be having physical buttons. About the sound quality, let’s be real, those will ever just be 300€-400€ wireless headphones. Also, with Bose, if the leather quality is still as bad as it was in the QC 35, you’ll have to factor in the cost of replacing the earpads on a regular basis (did it twice in the 3 years I used them), which is not a problem with Sony.
