They have 1.5v 3v 5v 9v 12v . All of them with the shape of AA batteries.
The 1.5 and 3 are regular Alkaline battery. Non rechargeable.
But the ones which rechargeable are using Lithium ion or Lithium polymer.

Main problem I have with those is it requires 1 cable per battery, unless it has those hubs that let you charge multiple batteries on a singular outlet
To be fair we have had rechargeable batteries since the ’80s. It’s just although at least in the ’90s whenever I saw rechargeable batteries they were expensive and required a special charging stand that would sometimes tear the batteries while taking them out and wouldn’t always work or feel safe. These are the modern version of that which charge via the cable that we all expect to have in our homes already although make sure to use the cable that they provide because you know it tends come with two three or four USB c ports that split off from the singular USB port and provide a low wattage charging which is ideal for these small batteries.

I have been using these for 5 years now on remotes and clocks in my house. Still good until now. I think I save more money now than buying normal batteries. I think i make my money back after 2-3 years of usage. Funny how the west only knows of these batteries existence after MKBHD videos
