When I was younger, I used to watch those videos on unboxing all the different toys McDonalds had at that time. The video made them look really delicious.
This brings back so many memories back in the early 2000s I only had the body part that made the sparks didn’t know what show it was from didn’t even know other parts existed but I remember i would keep rapidly pressing the head and i guess at some point my parents got annoyed or something lol because I remember them telling me how if I’d kept doing that it would start a fire. Well let me frickin tell you that backfired on them because I took that as a challenge
I was obsessed with collecting all of these inspector gadget pieces when McDonald’s was running it’s movie promotion that summer (without looking i think it was summer ’98 or ’99? I was 9yo) and because my leg was broken that summer all i did was beg my mom for a happy meal that night or this night to collect all of the pieces required!!! I’ll ever forget how she absolutely hunted down the helicopter/hat piece for like 2 weeks which was the last piece i needed!! Thanks, mom for being a gangster and getting them all for 9 year old me. Man, wish i still had it. Hands down best McDonalds toy promotion run, ever.
