  1. I saw someone the other day spend $92K to avoid paying a home electric bill. These people need to read Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith and the advantages of specialization, division of labor, and scaling. It will remind them of the reasons we have utility companies providing electricity and other services to our homes at affordable prices.

  2. For the cost of one Solros lighting system, I calculated you could run the same amount of lumens using eight 100w LCD bulbs 12 hours a day for 390 years at average utility rates in the US. A few years back, I saw a similar system demoed at a Department of Energy conference. Needless to say, it was never commercialized once people dove a little deeper and actually crunched the numbers.

  3. So many problems with almost all the tech. Mostly price for what you get.. it like these inventors think rich people are stupid. Especially roof mounted tech.. as a contractor holes will leak. And repairs cost $$$$. Cool to invent but don’t create more problems down the line. Plz

  4. Bro… learn to control your volume, if you are blasting the intro… dont whisper like afterwards….not even watching after this sheety intro

  5. The price point on some of these has the return on investment at over 20 years out versus traditional sources. That’s not saving anyone anything. And if "environmentally friendly" is the goal, I’d have to consider the manufacturing footprint. Not looking good.

  6. PRICES ON REQUEST-;WHY DIDN’T YOU REQUEST A PRICE ??? NOODLENUTTT….🤡🤡🤡🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯🤯🤯😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

  7. The products that make it to market are somehow more expensive than they should be, look better than they should look, and perform terribly for the amount of investment demanded. The Blip energy device seems decent for the price though if it functions well. Especially in areas with terrible peak hour rates like CA.

  8. solar car port is for mostly business who is building solar stations not much of an innovation if you have roof mounted solar panels. In this example it just a new type of construction of solar panels IMO

  9. Source for drinking water is only 1.5 gal a day. maybe its for a garden or something that isn’t for a home. 1 panel isn’t good enough for an everyday use and its to expensive for water. Hauling water or dig a well it might be more efficient

  10. Rainy rain collector – over 2 million liters of water from 250 m2 roof??? That does not sound right! With 80cm of water falling pr m2 (800 L/m2) that is more like 200000 liters

  11. The SOURCE invention sounds a lot like the water bottle that never runs out, and we all know what a con that was!!!

  12. source (3:12)… and again just another dehumidifier. Many have doen this before and all have failed…

  13. Energy efficient, yes.
    Wallet efficient, no.

Like the sunbank solar. 4k dollars. I’ll have to use that one for around 6 years to get up to the same energy cost as my WHOLE HOUSE.

  14. A water production device that can "produce enough water for a community," produces 5 liters, hardly more than I alone drink per day, much less cook with…

Geothermal, "can save up to $1000 per year" costs 20k. Can’t wait to get my savings in 20 years…

  15. they really need to make the RE:GEN bike compatible with solar kit battery’s, need to charge your home more on a cloudy day

  16. the prices for any of these things outweigh just getting it normally.

only way any of these things seem useful is if I lived so remotely that I don’t have access to these normally.

  17. 9:25 there is nothing easy in undergroung piping, actually. To work efficiency pipe have to have big square, which requires a lot of drilling and shufling

  18. The thermoelectric generator running on a candle to power up a lightbulb might have provided comparable light than the candle itself would, which makes the demo with a bulb look rather silly 🙂

  19. Photovoltaic panels are black and hot. The heat is lost in the air. I think I am the only one using it for heating air in the winter and water in the summer.

  20. DICE COVER ,$3000 – MORE 3XPENSIVE THAN THE AIRCON UNIT, AND ITS JUST A SELF ASSEMBLY BOX!!!!!,,,,😭😭😭😭😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤡🤡🤡🤡🤬🤬💩💩💩💩💰💰💰💰😞😞😞🤪🤪🤪🙃🙃🙃

  21. Blip One was on kicker started in 2021(and indigogo) but try to find a single review of it that isn’t just an ad…..just try. No one, and I mean no one, has gotten their hands on one to put it through the paces.

  22. Good video, got some good news tonight that some energy efficient device I have imagined, there’s no existing patents for anything like it. It’s going to work, I know it will work, I need to build it.
It’s just such a simple idea, it’s clever but stupid simple, it’s a physical augmentation to a home. After watching this video, comparing my invention to these, I am getting really excited.
Looks like my new goal is construction. I can’t even believe nobody has thought of this yet, but I can…people are so focused on digi tech, they overlook things like brick and mortar.
There’s multiple ways I can go about this, I can partner with one persons technology, or I can just forget them and do my own. I even have a name for it.

  23. Three thousand dollars for a metal box to put around your AC unit. Green-energy "innovations" are always going to be a joke, aren’t they…

  24. RAINY PRODUCES PURE DRINKING WATER ??? DONT THINK SO- THE HOLES IN THAT FILTER WONT STOP BACTERIA IN BIRDSHYTT LEFT ON ROOFS BY NAUGHTY BIRDEEEZ…☠️☠️☠️💀💀💀🤡🤡🤡🤡🤯🤯🤯👎👎👎😭😭😭😭

  25. sunbank solar is good but there are a lot of diy solar heaters too and solar hot water heaters for homes too i think this is to expensive it might be good for apartments that have boilers and need to warm the water for tenants that don’t pay for water

  26. Excited to check these out! Energy-efficient inventions make it easier than ever to save money and live sustainably. From smart home tech to eco-friendly appliances, every upgrade helps create a greener, more efficient home. Can’t wait to see what made the list! 🏡

  27. 3:40 $2,000 for 5 litres of water a day? At the WHO’s bare minimum recommendation of 50 litres per person per day, that’s $20,000 worth of panels per person. To supply a whole community? How did this make it past the drawing table? You might as well get SpaceX to deliver bottled water to your front door.
