No, the numbers are not so simple for does do not know anything about electricity. And the problem with that, is this does not lead to a real freedom, unless you do a real strong project. I will do it, and will have for real freedom. But what you all are doing is substitute government dependence, partially, for a limited free energy source, what leads to a limited life by lowering the energy uses. Freedom is different from independence. I want both! I want to have my 10 kids, plus me at my home office lab and manufacturing, everything turned on in each room. TV, computers, showers, refrigerator, air conditioners, air fryers, 3D prints, led windows, some robots, toys to my kids humans and pets. The `free` energy equipments are expensive, very someone’s. If you do the Matt, and multiply for 2, the cost of your freedom being reduced on it, this can to be expensive and cost more and to be less interesting them to get from directly from the government as usual.Ā For to make it, `free`/lower price and independent/health independent energy,Ā in a price that can be reasonable paid, until now I saw just with 3 options: solar and Winds turbines over 400w, dirt oil/bio diesel, plastic propane,Ā and a massive biodigester and batteries. Them its possible to have freedom. For to go camping, you can pre charge yours massives baterries and go with the best inverter as you can have, and some solars or winds turbines. But its limited, not freedom, unless the already charged at home batteries, can handle a stronger use. What is not the point for the camping, but for a RV mode,yes, it is. SO, better Mobile’s biodigesters needs to be done at the market. All what I saw needs a dirt manage, and this is not interest at all, specially traveling. They needs automations, and plug and play mode at the day by day already useds spots and hookups.

So if I understand this right, a 1200 watt Kettle that only needs to be on for 4 minutes equals 80watthour needs for those 4 minutes?.

Hey great video. You didnāt mention pure sine wave vs modified sine wave power. Pure sine wave being safe for electronic devices and modified sine wave being often cheaper in terms of an inverter and fine for job sites but can damage computers or other sensitive electronics. Is this not something to worry about in the power station world?

Watt (W) is not a Volt per hour measurement, Watthour (Wh) is. You can buy a powerstation with a capacity of 300 Wh that is capable of producing 600 W.

Can anyone confirm if it is possible to use the DJI 1000 (or any other in the 2400w inverter category) to charge and discharge at the same time.. i.e connect to a small gas generator ~1200w limit, and draw from the inverter at the same time variable (200w to 2200w – average 600w) up to the maximum inverter output. In other words not do a bypass function which would draw directly from my tiny gas generator, popping a circuit breaker during high load. (Can I effectively use this as a power buffer?) This has been a difficult use-case detail to find about any of these power stations. Thanks in advance.

So lost on all these. Was looking at the Bluetti AC500 and the Ecoflow Delta Pro. I donāt want to have to buy another for years. It will be used for camping. With kids Iāll need to bring an air fryer, toaster, some sort of AC unit, and electronics

I have 8.8kW fixed panel system already. I’m on 1:1 net metering with an option to go ToU. I’m from SC:
1. My state gives 25% credit for batteries as well. I have to make sure if I need to pair it with a solar panel or just battery backup system alone can fetch me the 25%. I heard federal – I can get 30% and do not need to link to a panel purchase (if this correct?).
2. I have two electric cars, but they have scheduling option if I go ToU rate and don’t want to burden the batteries for it for now at the least.
My past 12 month usage was 5739 with monthly average of 478 kWh (after 1:1) or 900 average for last year.
Which one do you suggest?
